My Husband Eating Gutka From 20 Years But Last 5

My husband eating gutka from 20 years but last 5 years we are married he said iam stoped gutka but he can not,how to stop this bad habit we have no kids doctor's said my husband motility is very low this will be effect his heatlh also please give me a solution.
