My husband eating lots of gutka ...past 20 years he has eating his teeth is red in colour if he wants to remove this bad habit if he doest eat 1 day then his head will paining,his eye will have heavyness like sleepy...will not do office work he has sleep only his mind is not working he feels like that if not eat gutka..pls tell me any solution he remove this bad habit.
