My Husband Experienced Slight Short Lived Vertigo Today, Pins And

My husband experienced slight short lived vertigo today, pins and needles in left foot while working age 64 and overweight. Just checked his bp 1 hr ago and was 177/115. Will check again. No formal hx of bp but it has been gradually climbing but this is a first . ER?
