My Husband Experiencing Pain In His Testicles. Feels A Pulling

My husband experiencing pain in his testicles. Feels a pulling in his testicles as he walks. The pain increased as the day went by. When he lays down and lift one leg , he feel pain in the testicles on the opposite side. He strained to have a bowl movement;only little balls come out with a tinge of blood in stool.
