My Husband Fell 30' From A Skylight Into A Building.

My husband fell 30' from a skylight into a building. Nothing is broken but he can't move without assistance. He said when he coughs it feels as if the cartridge (one associated with CPR) is not attached and is very very painful. Do you have any reccomendations for this? How does he get his staminia back?
