My Husband Fell A Few Days Ago And Said He

My husband fell a few days ago and said he hit his head. He is complaining of cloudy vision after he is out of bed for a while. There is no bump on the head also he has a large area of dark bruising on the stomach and also his private area is completely blackened. He said he doesn't remember hitting himself there.
