My Husband Fell Hard On Concreate He Got A Bruise

My husband fell hard on concreate he got a bruise on his right thigh next to his butt. Bruis is almost gone. After inspection 4 weeks later we found a hard lump runing along his butt crack on the right side. Very painfull he hasnt been able to sit and it doesnt seem to be getting better. Any idea what it could be the lump is very hard to the touch. No discoloration some swelling but very little considering the feel of the lump.
