My Husband Fell Off A Ladder Washing A Window Unto

My husband fell off a ladder washing a window unto a hard surface.. He has a large very hard lump on his right butt cheek and is finding it difficult to sit and he is walking with pain. He is on Warfarin. He is 64 years old. What would be a good treatment? Thank you.
