My Husband Fell On His Head Yesterday And Is Now

My husband fell on his head yesterday and is now having dizziness and feels like his eyes are floating in water and he says it feels like his eyes are moving from side to side really fast. This has happened several times since yesterday. He was in the ER yesterday after it happened and the CT scan was ok.
