My Husband For The Last Three Months Has Had A

My husband for the last three months has had a boil/abscess that bleeds and discharges he has had 6 weeks of different antibiotics which has done nothing to improve it. On Saturday he was diagnosed with Pilonidal sinus his gp diagnosed pereneal abscess before that the place that leaks is under his testicles on the petineum. Can you please give us your advice.
