My Husband Got Cracks On Pennies Last Time We Have

My husband got cracks on pennies last time we have checked his blood sugar levels .our family doctor given some medicine for this problem at that time cracks healed and BSL reports also normal but from last week he is suffering from same problem ,we are very much worried about that,please give me advice
