My Husband Had BCC Skin Cancer Cut Out July 7th.

My husband had BCC skin cancer cut out July 7th. He now has a high fever, sever headache, chills, swollen lymph node in his neck and flushed face. The site on his arm where the stitches are doesn't look that bad. Is it possible to have an infection further down where they cut? He refuses to go to the Dr. at this time.
