My Husband Had CLR On His Hands And Apparently Went

My husband had CLR on his hands and apparently went to the bathroom and somehow burned his anus- of course he refuses to see a doctor - but every time he goes to the bathroom , it burns. I got him some burn gel. Would aloe help? He says the burn gel stings. This is pretty embarassing but I need some help
