My Husband Had A Bout Of Speech Aphasia On Friday

My husband had a bout of Speech aphasia on Friday night. Ruled out Stroke or TIA in the ER but did blood tests and concerned about Kidney function, as he has epilepsy and is on Depakote, dilantin and Keppra. BUN came back @37 ( was just 32 two weeks prior at annual physical) and Creatinine was 1.83 (was 1.26 at exam). They gave him Saline and he has not had any aphasia since, however he is very lethargic. Any thought that I should take to physician and neurologist tomorrow?
