My Husband Had A Circumsition 2 Days Ago!! Caught A

My husband had a circumsition 2 days ago!! Caught a hospital bug has had 48hrs of this bug.. Consequently he's caused the wound to bleed, my questions are is the bleeding ok? It's stopped but every time he uses the toilet it puts pressure on the area, he's on dioralyte & Imodium I've bathed him yet the smell coming from the wound is very strong, & the swelling is horrific!! Is this all normal oh plus he has a rash on his groan/tummy area????
