My Husband Had A Felling Of Heaviness In His Left

My husband had a felling of heaviness in his left testile about 3 years ago and after some antibiotic it went away. He had told me today that he is having that feeling again. Hopefully it's not serious and surely if it was it would have come back a lot sooner than 3 years later.
