My Husband Had A Heart Event 4 Weeks Ago... Was

My husband had a heart event 4 weeks ago... was given a beta blocker called Carvedilol / 3.125 MG / taken twice daily. Now after seeing his cardiologist (all looked fine) the new prescription that came in the mail is called Metoprolol Tab Tar / 25MG / take twice daily... would you think this is correct or a mistake from pharmacy?
