My Husband Had A Knee Replacement 2 Weeks Ago And

My husband had a knee replacement 2 weeks ago and was started on Celebrex daily the day before surgery and to continue for 4weeks we are 2weeks post op and he is on Losartin twice a day for his Blood pressure for past 4months. It has been going up higher than before after the Celebrex taken and comes back down 4 hours after dose. What should we do give one dose of Losartin oppisTe Celebrex
