My Husband Had A Left Knee Replacement In Oct 2015.

My husband had a left knee replacement in Oct 2015. He just showed me that both legs are swollen somewhat. No redness, no other signs of health problems. Webmd says it could be congestive heart failure or a bone infection. He has been fine, doing his rehab, etc. should he call his surgeon in the morning or go to the ER?
