My Husband Had A Mild Stroke A Month Ago Which

My husband had a mild stroke a month ago which affected his left arm. Through therapy he has almost all his strength back in that arm. However, 2 weeks after the stroke he has gotten muscle spasms in his right leg that are excruciating. The hospital forgot to send him home with his Plavix and we did not realize this until today and we got the doctor to call it in. Could this have an effect on his leg cramps?
