My Husband Had A Radical Prostatectomy On Tues For Ca

My husband had a radical prostatectomy on Tues for Ca of the prostate. He is on Lovenox to prevent clots. One of the incisions is oozing a good bit of serous fluid. His skin is non existent from changing dressings. How can I care for his skin and also not use tape to hold the dressing in place?
