My Husband Had A Seizure Two Weeks Ago And They

My husband had a seizure two weeks ago and they found a brain tumor. He is on seizuure medication that he takes in the morning and at night. Its Levetiracetam, 1,000 mg and Topiramate 50 mg at 7 am this morning and then mistakingly took it again at 12:30 at lunch. Should we be worried? What should he do? Should he skip the dose tonight so he doesn't take 3 doses in one day?
