My Husband Had A Stroke 2 Years Ago At 40.

My husband had a stroke 2 years ago at 40. He has Wallenberg Syndrome and is sickly all the time with sinusitis symptoms. He also has begun to have racing heart and high blood pressure. He is morbidly obese now, I need someone to be honest with me about his life expectancy. His stroke was in his brain stem and he still has clots in his brain as they couldn't be removed.
