My Husband Had A Stroke A Few Weeks Ago And

My husband had a stroke a few weeks ago and was diagnosed with apls. He is now on blood thinners but still having some of the symptoms he had before being treated for the stroke, such as double vision that lasted a few minutes. He still has some speech problems too. Is this normal or should he see a doctor?
