My husband had a successful cardioversion this morning.. He began experiencing a sharp shock pain inside his left knee while recovering. No one has ever had this happen to a patient before.
It is now four hours at home now and the sharp pains have not stopped.. It doesn't matter if he is still, sitting, standing, or lying down. Out of the blue every 5- 10 minutes, a sharp shock will whack his knee and it really hurts him.
