My Husband Had An Incident A Few Hours Ago. He

My husband had an incident a few hours ago. He was dizzy, looked pale, felt a bit of numbness in his arm. His heart was racing. Then, he started burping. He is on blood pressure meds daily and usually his blood pressure is normal. I could not find the blood pressure machine. He seems better now. What could these symptoms be?
