My Husband Had Been Diagnosed With A-Fib A Year Ago;

My husband had been diagnosed with A-Fib a year ago; he currently takes apixaban, blood thinner and BP meds. Today, he forgot what year it was, what month and he hesitated, but answered correctly, when I asked who was the Pres. He got his name, age, place of birth and his parents names right away. He had a stroke 2 years ago. He did not sleep well last night, was very busy today and I put it down to him being tired. He is 84. Is there a concern here?
