My Husband Had Bypass Surgery Last July, And Has Been

My husband had bypass surgery last July, and has been doing very well. In the last couple of weeks his blood pressure has been fluctuating, dropping down to 91/50 then normal then goes up. He won't call the Dr. What could happen if he doesn't call his physician.
