My Husband Had Chills All Day Yesterday. Couldn't Get Warm.

My husband had chills all day yesterday. Couldn't get warm. Did not have a fever. He had a headache for 1/2 of the day. Today he isn't having chills but has a swollen nose and puffiness under eyes. He is dizzy and his heart rate is about 100, when it's usually around 62. He doesn't have a runny nose, cough or sore throat.
