My Husband Had Colon Cancer July2012 With Receton And Dec

My husband had colon cancer july2012 with receton and dec 2012 liver resection for liver mets. then 12 rounds of chemo . he was watched closely with ct and mri scan two weeks ago spot found on his lung upper right lobe. he is scheduled for a video wedge rection on oct 14th no biopsy has been done. This is the treatment recomemded for him. with pathology reports to follow 2 weeks post op. we have been told prob colon cancer to lung but may be nothing is this appropriate treatment
