My Husband Had Colon Cancer Treated With Chemo. He Finished

My husband had colon cancer treated with chemo. He finished chemo in August of this year. Recently he has had two occasions of blood in his urine and much discomfort (burning). He has been tested twice for urinary track and bladder infection, both times proving negative for infection. Is it possible this soon after his chemo he may have urethral cancer?
