My Husband Had Full Knee Replacement, Got Infected, Cleaned Out

My husband had full knee replacement, got infected, cleaned out and now on Vanco through pic. He has now been running fever 99.9..and his breathing is short in and out... he does snore. Has no energy, can hardly stay awake, and seems to be breathless. Still has pain from surgery, but has not had pain meds for a week or so.
