My Husband Had His Appendix Removed 2 Days Ago And

My husband had his appendix removed 2 days ago and now he has the worst breath I am pregnant and every time he is around I smell it and vomit is there anything we can do about it? He is also puking up blood and ER said it was nothing but he keeps throwing up.
