My Husband Had His Tear Ducts Opened And Is Taking

My husband had his tear ducts opened and is taking tobramycin-dexamet drops. He has bleeding in both eyes now. The left one started about a week ago and he had been seen by the doctor who didn't seem too concerned about it. Now his other eye has the blood streaks in it. It is a side effect of this drug?
