My Husband Had Initially Sever Lower Back Pain(left, Some Right),

My husband had initially sever lower back pain(left, some right), it subsided and then went to the opposite side of his neck(right). Then a week to two weeks ago he started having severe night sweats and it has persisted until today. His right-sided neck stiffness has persisted as well. Black male, age 53, slimmer build, but with large abdomen.
