My Husband Had Quadruple At 42 Yr Old. Things Great

My husband had quadruple at 42 yr old. Things great until he needed an ablation at 58. He is now 60 and family doctor believes it is happening again based on symptoms. Tests done today and faxed to surgeon as cardiologist not available. Should I be more concerned than I was last time based on age? They put him back on Pradaxa today.
