My Husband Had Surgery 2 Days Ago To Remove A

My husband had surgery 2 days ago to remove a bone spur from his heal. This include the tendon being detached and reattached. The percocet does not help the pain enough. His doctor also gave him a rx for nabumetone. Can he take the two together to try to relieve the pain?
