My Husband Had Surgery On The 28th He Came Home

My husband had surgery on the 28th he came home on 31th he was good but now he is taking his pain pills every 2 to 3 hours for pain he is very pale his blood pressure has dropped to 90/50 and he says he is very weak is this something i should be concern about
