My Husband Had Three Little Blisters On The Top Of

My husband had three little blisters on the top of his left foot. They itched for a few days, then disappeared. Several days later, the same thing happened on his left leg. And then, again, on the left side of his neck. They do not look like bug bites, but actual blisters. One crusted over, but the others just seem to disappear. Any ideas? Thank you.
