My Husband Had To Left Hip Replacement Done Two Weeks

My husband had to left hip replacement done two weeks ago and was doing well till three days ago. He started therapy and started to need the full amount of pain mess to control the pain. Last night he was at the worst when he told me his toes were freezing cold but when I felt his foot it was warm. We went straight to the er for texting for a blood clot. The ultra sound came back negative for a clot. They gave his a pain patch to help with pain control but his toes are still tingling and cold. Could this be a pinched nerve? is this a common happening and will it go away on its own.
