My Husband Had Two Strokes 6 Years Ago And Was

My husband had two strokes 6 years ago and was then found to have bladder cancer rand has had numerous scopes and surgeries plus he has just finished 6 weeks of BCG chemo. He is still having urgency and incontinence before he can reach the bathroom plus also has loss of appetite, stiff neck and sore pain leg so much so he can hardly walk. I'm worried about blood clots in his defending aorta. He refuses to see his doctor. What can I do to help him?
