My Husband Has 20 Percent Heart Function...had A Angioplasty End

My husband has 20 percent heart function...had a angioplasty end of July 2015. Did well until a about a week later when he became so fatigued and short of breath. Also LFT were high. He started retaining fluid in feet ankles and legs. After angioplasty had 35 percent heart function. He is now hospitalized with fluid around the heart. Cardiologist says it is from the liver PC feels it is any infection from the angioplasty. Your opinion is appreciated
