My Husband Has Harry Cell Leukemia And Has Been Treated

My husband has Harry cell leukemia and has been treated with chemotherapy. He is doing very well his blood work is almost all in the. Normal range! Within the past month he has had pain in his stomach, that feels like he has been punched. Antacids do not seem to help, foods do not seem to help. I am concerned is this possibly his pancreas?
