My husband has MCI. Please explain mild T2 hyper intensity within the sub cortical and periventricular white matter, which is non specific, but can be seen in mild chronic white matter ischemic changes. His research exam demonstrates parenchyma like volume loss and mild chronic white matter ischemic changes.
