My Husband Has MSA And Spinalcerebellar Ataxia And Is Confined

My husband has MSA and spinalcerebellar ataxia and is confined to a wheelchair.
He has had recurrent UTIs since January- he self catherizes. And is scheduled for Suprapubic on Monday.
Is on another antibiotic cuz of UTI. Is running low grade fever and is extremely weak- can't even pull himself up.
His heart rate is running 103 to 105 and he is wheezing with any exertion. Should I take hi to the we?
