My Husband Has Multiple System Atrophy And Has Severe Low

My husband has Multiple System Atrophy and has severe low back muscle spasms related to the disease. Pain killers and muscle relaxants do not really help. He had a successful Baclofen pump trial, but now the med does not seem to be working. Would any antidepressants help? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
