My Husband Has Parkinson Disease And Was Recently Diagnosed With

My husband has Parkinson disease and was recently diagnosed with a UTI. Dr. gave him ciprofloxacin. Since taking it he has been seeing things that are not there and being very confused and has difficulty talking. He finished this med three days ago and is still having these problems. Can this be from this med?
