My Husband Has Parkinson's And Lewy Body Dementia. He Takes

My husband has Parkinson's and Lewy body dementia. He takes Stalevo 200/50/200. He suffers from low blood pressure especially if he sits or stands quickly. Should he be given perindopril for blood pressure? His cardiologist told me years ago that he shouldn't take anything if he gets high blood pressure because it will fall rapidly if he stands. He's not mobile at all now and is wheelchair bound. Carers (in resi care) use a lifter for him
