My Husband Has Parkinson's Disease Has Had It At Least

My husband has Parkinson's disease has had it at least five years. He now seems to be dreaming a lot even sitting in a chair. I know this is another symptom. Is there anything we can do,he remembers what he is dreaming about and tells me. His speech is getting harder to understand.
