My Husband Has Rheumatoid Arthritis, & Is On 1 Methotrexate

My husband has Rheumatoid Arthritis, & is on 1 Methotrexate tablet once a week. He has been advised to take a Leucovorin tablet 3 days later. In the sheets accompanying the Leucovorin tablets, it was stated not to take it within 15 minutes of food or else 2 hours after eating. these instructions are not included with the medication now, & I'd just like to re-check this information, please.
